What sort of term do you offer?

Our standard lease is for 5 years.

Repair obligations?

Property is provided in occupation ready condition and tenant is expected to pay for any ongoing repairs or maintenance.

References

As standard we ask for proof of address. We also like to see your ID and yourself in person before handing over the keys.

Selling to us

We are interested in purchasing small industrial warehouses. Please contact us and we can discuss your property.

Rent reduction

If you are interested in any of our properties and would like to make us an offer to lease it feel free to make an offer.

Early termination or break clause?

Each lease has one month notice termination. This can be served any time by either tenant or landlord.

Deposit

When you lease any of our properties you will pay one month deposit.

Change of use

It is generally permissible to apply for change of use to the local council for any of our properties. However we would advise against simply using the property for something else then the purpose stated on the lease.

Do we sell and of our properties

Unlikely. There are probably offers which we would not refuse. In general if we wish to sell anything we will put it on the market.
